• Lead all the planning, scheduling and cost control activities related to projects and the company.
• Supervise Planning Engineer & Cost Controller for preparation of the Detailed Schedules, Budgets, Cash-flow analysis, Critical path analysis, Trend Analysis, Cost control and Slippage reports for offshore installation projects.
• Participate in all the Management Review Meetings and review all planned results in coordination with the Management.
• Prepare Planning, Cost Control Reports and submit for Management review and update the reports.
• Finalize the Company’s Overall Cash Flow and submit for review to the Management, also to provide detailed Forecast Reports on provision of resources for the upcoming projects to the Management.
• Assist the Project Manager concerned to prepare the Cost Baseline for the projects.
• Lead the project control team in preparation of project estimates/budgets.
• Actively participate from the Tender stage of projects through the execution phases, Co-ordinate with Engineering, Commercial & Operations departments.
• Coordinate with the Client Representatives on matters related to Planning and Cost Control in coordination with the Project Manager concerned.
