  • Worked in close relation with various Consultants, Clients and Government Authorities
  • Bridged a gap between each project contributor; ensured the adequacy of manpower (work schedule) at all sites and implement changes, if required
  • Oversaw the progress of engineering and evaluated the impact on the construction; also looked after the performance of each subcontractor particularly the subcontractor for MEP works
  • Held accountable for tracking various delay events; participated in the bids after bringing the current project to a healthy stage
