Develop Project WBS.
Deelop Project MTS.
Create Key Date Schedule.
Create Procurement Schedule.
Create Systems Time Schedule.
Carry out CPM and EVA analysis.
Identify and Manage Interfaces.
Manage Contractor Performance and Reporting
Monthly Reports.
