Lead forensic team in collecting data to generate an As-Planned vs. As-Built analysis of delays to the Meydan Racecourse in Dubai.  Researched contemporaneous project documents, converted spreadsheet logs into database, cleaned up data to allow full searches, reviewed RFIs, change orders, baseline and update schedules, and time impact analyses.  Developed position on impact events, prepared presentation documents.
