Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare all planning and programming works such as baseline schedule, cost loading, manpower and equipment resource loading, recovery programme, monthly update, weekly look ahead schedule.
Overall responsibility of the performance of my team and progress of the whole project from the preparation phase up to the handover to the client (conception, design, procurement, construction, handover phases).
Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants
Prepare Resource requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for delivery
Prepare monthly target cash flow statement
Manage the project team, administration tasks and their control
My experiences are in high rise and large scale(mega projects) , fast track projects ,design and build projects in KSA, UAE, including High rise Residential , Offices &Retails ,Airports , Sports Facilities and Monorail Systems .
