Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading Project Controls Overall Day to Day Activities
  • Establishments of Project Control Procedures, including Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurements, Reporting, Cost Control, Invoicing & Change Management Procedures
  • Preparing Project Budgets, including (Owner’s Cost, EPC Contract, LLEs Cost, PMC Cost, Project Contingency & Escalation)
  • Managing the PMC (FLUOR) costs, hours & change orders
  • Coordinating with Finance Dept.
