On my current project i carry out the following duties: • Prepare the Programme for Acceptance, working closely with site and Client teams to develop content and logic • Compile detailed reports for commercial forecasting and delay assessments, demonstrating entitlement to additional time as an integral part of the Compensation Event Quotation system • Communicate the PFA to operational team members and the Client using Primavera P6 and Time-Location software • Manage integration of short-term operational programmes with the contract programme and conducting briefings and tutorials on conte

Regimental Operations Officer, British Army, Defence Construction

During this post I was responsible for managing all operational deployments for a unit of approximately 500 cross functional personnel on behalf of the Commanding Officer (equivalent to Director).  I undertook initial scoping, planning and overall coordination for a number of simultaneous construction projects across the UK which included simple structures, building works and fit out.  I planned and executed the training and subsequent deploymentof 100 tradesmen to Afghanistan within a significantly reducedtimeframe.
