During this post I was responsible for managing all operational deployments for a unit of approximately 500 cross functional personnel on behalf of the Commanding Officer (equivalent to Director).  I undertook initial scoping, planning and overall coordination for a number of simultaneous construction projects across the UK which included simple structures, building works and fit out.  I planned and executed the training and subsequent deploymentof 100 tradesmen to Afghanistan within a significantly reducedtimeframe.

I deployed to Iraq as a liaison officer to the Department of Border Enforcement with the primary role of enhancing the functionality of the department through organisation of training support and procurement of additional resources.
