•     Prepares project estimate and bill of quantities.
•     Prepares resource loading, s-curve planned / forecast cost.
•     Supervise collection & processing of timesheets.
•     Review vendor and sub-contractor drawings.
•     Review contractor schedules, manpower loading/offloading and delivery schedules of bulk materials.
•     Review Construction Scope of Work
