Project Controls Coordinator for ENEL - 2×440MW Nuclear Units Project (Mochovce - Slovakia) - approx. 2,9 billion EUR. Responsible from client side for interface coordination control and supervision of the subcontractors’ progress, KPI indicators, coordination using the master integrated schedule, invoiced progress approval, and change management process supervision, developer of the integrated risk register and quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, preparing the integrated reports for the client.
