I manage a team of vastly experienced planning professionals operating within our clientbase and offering consultancy advice on all matter of planning and scheduling.

I personaly provide planning advice to clients at tender, contract and post-contract stages of major building and civil engineering projects.

Our services include advice to project management teams with regard to programme feasibility, resourcing, alternative sequencing of works and methodology.

Worked for a variety of clients to provide a highly professional cost effective Planning Management discipline for the business. It also included managing the Construction / Project Management function.

Specific project experience spans aviation, building, civil, infrastructure, power and rail.
