Supervising and coordinating the planning staff;

Supporting the implementation of planning and scheduling processes across the greater project;

Focusing on frontline delivery to improve performance by ensuring greater transparency and value-added reporting;

Co-ordinating the preparation and maintenance of the Tunnel, Fit-out and M&E Programmes that included Design, Procurement and Construction;

Liaising with the construction team and subcontractors for construction approaches and methodologies;

Performing weekly and monthly monitoring of design and procurement progress against the programme;

Discussing and coordinating with the design and procurement teams regarding mitigation measures if the progress fell behind schedule; and

Preparing Monthly Progress Reports for submission to the client.
