Assisted the General Contractor, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing subcontractors with planning the construction phase of a new $35M new high school. Established a baseline plan using Critical Path Method. Using status information provided by the GC and subcontractor. Facilitated monthy update review meetings to ensure the responsible subcontractors participates and are knowledgeable of projected plan. Provided monthly updates and reports to the Project Manager and team. Cost resource loading the schedule was value-engineered out.
