At this time I have 3 Project coming online. We have been named apparent low bidder on 2 Federal Highway Projects and one FAA. Each Project has a unique scope and the Highway jobs overlap with Signalization in one intersection.

The Airport is a straight forward Taxiway Rehabilitation with the landing lights being placed on a skip curcuit and the Signs being updated. It is driven by the HACP work. Of course the JMF's for Federal Highway,(FH), projects are very different than the FAA requirements.

• Chaired group responsible for determining the fiscal control of Telstra’s projects.
• Chaired Telstra’s cross company Project Management Council.
• Developed Special Interest Groups, a consolidated guidebook to Project execution in Telstra, systems engineering processes and procedures, and 14 Key metrics to project success.

Execution of high-end premium residential project “Raisina Residency” in Gurgaon. The project consists of nine high rise residential towers along-with basement parking, clubhouse, four villas, convenient shopping and EWS quarters. The total Built-up area is 1.5 million Sq Ft. The construction started in Dec 2008 and handing-over of Phase 1 to the customers was completed in Aug 2012.
