Mace employed me to assist with the planning for the construction works for the Main Contractor, Logan Siemens Consortium, North Terminal.

Develop the existing programme framework.
Develop mini-programmes to assist the project team manage weekly works.
Providing planning support for Project Lead Planner, and Mace Construction Managers.
Updating the schedule and report internally on a monthly basis (client requirement).
Monitor steelwork erection, secondary steelwork and fire protection activities.

Prior to the Gatwick Project Mace employed me to maintain the plan for the Enabling works for the Baggage Integrator at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 1.
