May, 2011 Mace employed me to assist with the planning for the construction works for the Main Contractor, Logan Siemens Consortium, North Terminal.
- Develop the existing programme framework.
- Develop mini-programmes to assist the project team manage weekly works.
- Providing planning support for Project Lead Planner, and Mace Construction Managers.
- Updating the schedule and report internally on a monthly basis (client requirement).
- Monitor steelwork erection, secondary steelwork and fire protection activities.
