Oversaw all field operations, including layout of work, scheduling of manpower, ordering materials and equipment and scheduling deliveries.  Studied, set up and maintained safety program, working with O.S.H.A inspectors and regulations.  In-house work included site excavation and utilities, concrete, carpentry, roofing, some mechanical and plumbing.  Provided material take-offs, budgeting, scheduling and final estimates for company projects.  Built schools, banks, churches, restaurants, industrial projects for this one time largest general contractor in the Central Virgi
