  • Preparation of Baseline Schedule
  • Monitoring progress as per Schedule
  • Preparing and revising Labour Histogram based on tender manhours and actual output on site.
  • Preparation of fortnightly look ahead program
  • Revising construction programs to include additional works and incorporate delays and extension of time.
  • Preparing Schedule related documentation and attending meetings with client / consultant for successful claim for extension of time of 100 days in a 15 month project.
  • Review of subcontractor program and coordination with subcontract
