- Preparation of fortnightly look ahead program
- Revising construction programs to include additional works and incorporate delays and extension of time.
- Preparing Schedule related documentation and attending meetings with client / consultant for successful claim for extension of time of 100 days in a 15 month project.
- Review of subcontractor program and coordination with subcontractors and consultant.
- Calculation of staging and scaffolding quantity required and ensuring availability of sufficient stock on site
