Providing leadership to planning engineers, schedulers and cost engineers, managing 70-member multicultural project control team, contract management, establishing project control parameters and reporting standards, supervising QS, planning and contract management teams to prepare and update project budgets and level-5 schedules, analyzing project progress by using proper methods and techniques such as, Monte Carlo analysis, EVA and critical path method and providing reliable summary or detailed progress reports to project management team,  integrating P6 schedule database with WOS(Wor
