Leading the Project Management Office, I was responsible for managing the PMO team, promoting best practices and driving improvement across projects, processes and people.
My responsibilities also included develop and improve Project Management methodology, provide executive reporting on projects performance and provide training and coaching to Project Managers.
Concerning tools, it was PMO's responsibility to maintain and improve the PPM tool (Microsoft Project Server - migrated from 2007 to 2010 version) and provide support to more than 100 users.
