Quality and Compliance Office (QCO) Manager, GTBC, Internal
As Manager of the Quality and Compliance Office I was in charge of ensuring that quality standards were followed by all (+ 100 colleagues) and preparing the company for the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Therefore, I was responsible for the definition of the corporate Quality Strategy, Policy and Objectives, and design and delivery of the Quality Management System in order to meet business and ISO requirements.
Besides I was involved in the development of the company's procedures, plan, operation and control of its processes as well as records of conformity, conduction of internal quality audits, training, executive compliance reporting and pursuit of continual improvement in the quality framework adopted.
QCO was part of the ExCo Team, being involved in general major decisions regarding the company strategy.
