v Project reporting on schedule milestones, budget, forecast, risks and opportunities.
v Support the construction project team thru weekly, monthly status reports to keep senior management and primary  stakeholders informed on the project planning progress.
  
v Coordinate with project team and others to obtain and compile the information for the project report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  
v Coordination with the assigned supervisors, site engineers and construction management team, and other groups as required.
  
v Collection and collation of planning information from all relevant sources. 
v Assist the senior Planner and planning manager in project planning.
