As a Principal Project Planner working on the ~£2B. Great Western Route Modernisation Programme I am leading the PMO planning team, providing guidance and direction to other PPP’s and Project Planners and ensuring quality and consistency of all planning. I am responsible for corporate and local GWRM schedule reporting requirements and for managing and updating IMS planning database. I also validate the alignment of GWRM schedules with cost data. As well as training the team I am responsible for the planning team Competency Framework and the production of Planning Principles and Governance documents. I am the key interface between GWRM Planning and Regional Planning team. Additionally I act as the PaR Champion and W&W Principal Programme Planner Deputy.
