Re-furbishment of Midland Banks in the north & midlands requiring extensive structural input, many buildings being 150+ years old; feasibility studies.

Structural alterations to old mills & factories in the Manchester area involving extensive & complex work to brick barrelled floors.

Main design package -Petroleum testing facilities for SGS Redwood at Ellesmere Port.   Complete design & drawings for two single storey steel portal frame buildings with brick cladding and reinforced concrete floor slabs, plus two storey tied steel portal frame with brick cladding, pre-cast concrete floor units and lift shafts.  Involved use of several computer design packages and gained good understanding of AUTOCAD release 11 & 12.  Estimated value of project was £6.3 million.
