Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, my functions include contract administration, interpretation and documentation; technical coordination/contractual communications with Clients, Consultants and Contractors; preparation of miscellaneous tender documents/bill of materials/quantity take-off; cost analysis; procurement; project status monitoring; valuation of works; variation orders/change orders initiation; formulation/development and implementation of project rules, policies and miscellaneous Contract Conditions; commercial & close-out management in relation to contractual matters and issues (Contractor side).
