Project Experience

 

Project ONGC Petro addition Limited (OPaL): - Dahej Petrochemical Complex; (Complete Design, Detailed Engineering, Installation Dual Feed Cracker Unit has the capacity to produce 1100 KTPA Ethylene, 400 KTPA Propylene and the Associated Units consists of Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit, Butadiene Extraction Unit and Benzene Extraction Unit) ; [Client: OPaL; PMC: EIL]

 

Responsibilities:

 

ü   Managing detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.

ü   Created budget, analyzed Estimate to complete (ETC) and Estimate at completion (EAC) and Take control measures to avoid budget over run.

ü   Raising RA (Running Account) bills against Client/PMC on fortnightly basis against the percentage of work done according to prescribed rate as mentioned in SOR (Schedule of rate) of Tender BID.

ü   Coordinating  for  the  preparation  of  monthly  billing for  the  project  along  with  reviewing  and  approving Subcontractor bills as per progress of work at site.

ü   Managed interface between Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning activities.

ü   Expertise in project documentation and representing / organizing various progress review meetings and preparation of MOM and agenda for meeting in consultation with Project Manager / Construction Manager.

ü   Direct Interaction with Client, TPIA, PMC & Sub Contractors
