Project Experience

Project Dhabol Bangalore Pipeline Project (DBPL)

Responsibilities:

ü   Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilization, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters.

ü   Conduct  and  coordinate  progress  meetings  and  coordination  meetings  along  with  client,  main  contractor, consultant,  subcontractor  and  my  project  team.  Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.

ü   Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring sheets and progress charts.

ü   Resource, material procurement, machinery and cost planning as per the scope of work.

ü   Hands on experience in project related Contractual correspondence and troubleshooting of construction activities.    

ü   Providing  site  team  with  the  required  look  ahead  schedule  and  progress  update  in  order  to  meet  the  project schedule and planned progress milestones.

ü   Coordinate project close out and Prepare Final Invoice.
