  1. Prepare Time Schedule for projects.
  2. Follow up & updating Time Schedule for projects. 
  3. Perfect Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly progress reports for the client & upper management.
  4. Prepare engineering & material procurement schedule and linking it with the construction activities.  
  5. Assigning all resources required in the project.
  6. Prepare S-Curve & Cash Flow reports.
  7. Preparing cost control report.
  8. Support in preparing Claims & time impact.
  9. Prepare recovery plan for the delayed projects.
  10. Works under the guidance of the project manager to solve technical problems within the original scope of work.
