Implemented the Performance Management system and conducted reviews/appraisals of teammembers. Implemented & used Management Information Systems in relevant areas of planning and projectmanagement; followed and adhered to ISO 9001:2000 requirements. Develop, Update, Monitor & Report - Project Baseline Schedule to cover all activities of the project tomeet the client’s project goals, objectives & milestones. Resource and Cost Loading of Baseline schedules (Primavera 8.3) Identify & Plan Project Milestones, constraints, Authority Approval requirements, resourcerequirements, design & engineering requirements. Develop various sub-programmes including Design Programmes, authority submission schedules andmonthly look-ahead schedules to guide the construction & project mgt teams. Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports for the Client/Company Management Advise the Senior Mgmt and Client regarding status of the project based on the schedule updatesand feedback from the sites. Initiate necessary Recovery Measures in case of schedule delays. Develop and implement Earned Value Technique of performance monitoring. Attend and coordinate Site & Client meetings Initiate and manage the necessary planning and programme related Correspondence. Manage and control EOT, Claim situations and Mitigation strategies. Develop Risk Management, identification and risk response planning procedures for the project.
