Enhanced Project Control Department performance of each Site through the implementation of processes and methodologies related to planning, scheduling and cost analysis, estimating, risk assessment, resource requirements, capacity and productivity analysis; monitored and assessed Site Inspectors performance; coordinated subcontractors & vendors; monitored and controlled procurement activities.
