Generated business case & delivered new pan company controls system with improved cross-functional business processes to align with company business model. Included stakeholder management, revision to existing work practice in contracts & finance groups & improved, consistent pan company WBS.

Developed, implemented & assisted in the delivery of a project management training program to improve organisation resource capability & understanding of international standards & practices.

Delivered a portfolio of project control processes, procedures, work practices, contractor evaluation guidelines & awareness training to assist in the delivery of cost & schedule certainty for Woodside & their Contractor

Regular interface with the Project Leadership Teams, Senior Management, Partners, support services & other external parties such as contractors to facilitate management of change & create culture of continuous improvement.
