Sellafield Ltd (Windscale) - Lead Project Planner.

• Responsible for implementing and managing an integrated forward workload schedule, allowing the company to accelerate a safety improvements programme within a flask processing facility leased by the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL).
• Developed a Strategic plan to identify key programme level interfaces, milestones and decision points.
• Rebuilt underpinning project schedules to ensure clear and achievable deliverables and a realistic critical path, then aligned these with the LTP baseline.

• Responsible for preparing and progressing schedules, identifying cost efficiencies/ potential problem areas, and identifying and rationalising project risks.
• Accountable for the production of NDA Portfolio Reports and the implementation of baseline change controls.

• Extensive experience in creating spreadsheets and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Highly proficient in designing and implementing MS Access databases and providing tailor-made reports to support the management of programmes, portfolios and projects.
