Sellafield Ltd (Windscale) - Lead Project Planner.
- Responsible for implementing and managing an integrated forward workload schedule, allowing the company to accelerate a safety improvements programme within a flask processing facility leased by the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL).
- Developed a Strategic plan to identify key programme level interfaces, milestones and decision points.
- Rebuilt underpinning project schedules to ensure clear and achievable deliverables and a realistic critical path, then aligned these with the LTP baseline.
