• Developing and updating the EPC schedule by using Primavera Project Planner P5.
• Developing detailed schedules and issuance (Three Weeks Look Ahead schedules, 90 days look Ahead Schedules).
• Responsible in Project planner team for detailed and control schedule as per target on Shut down and Turnaround work.
• Created Manpower histograms and S-curves as reference baselines for the control during the EPC phases and EPCM phase.
• Co-ordinate with project team, construction team and sub-contractors to control progress percentage, reason of delay and mitigation action.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly report.
• Monitoring sub-contractors manpower base on work volume and weekly productivity work.
