                              Since December 2011 to February 2013

Name of Project: - The Pearl Qatar, Viva Bahriya, Tower 03(2P+G+21+R3), Tower 04(2P+G+19+R3),

                          And Tower 05 (2P+G+19+R3)              

Main responsibilities were:

• Preparing the project baseline program of works in accordance to milestone of contract.
• Preparing Resource Requirement (man-hour, equipment & cost) with the help of senior Engineers and loading histogrambaseline.

·         Preparing the baseline S-curve of the project

·         Updating the Work progress by weekly.

·         Preparing the daily, weekly & Monthly report.

·         Preparing the look ahead program.

·         Monitoring project progress by daily, weekly & monthly basis.

·         Preparing and Updating the E1 & E2 Logs

·         Report for priority and critical activities.

·         Preparing the recovery plan in case of delay.

·         Attend all progress meeting to discuss the progress and condition of frame time of project.

·         Preparing all planning related documents.
