• Involved in Boiler Erection activity including the inspection of boiler pressure parts & boiler structure
• Coordinating the vendors, contractors
• Involved in successfull hydotest of boiler
• Preparing a NCR Report of incomplete activities before hydrotest.

Planning & Monitoring :-

• Creation of WBS (Work breakdown structure)
• Tracking & Monitoring of activities during project execution stage
• Scenario creating a crtical and non critical activities
• Comparison of baseline schedule with current schedule
• Evaluation of forecast cost and forecast duration using a earn value method

Development of Report & Graphics :- 

• Calculating the actual project progress percentage achieved on a month to month basis and comparing with a planned progress. ie preparing a 'S' Curve.
• Periodic Status reports
• Project float management sheet
• Updated scheduled
• Project analysis reports
