Project Title           :               UZ 750 Project - Island Surface Facilities (EPC-2)

Scope of work     :               EPC project with Upper Zakum offshore field is located in the Arabian Gulf, 84 km from Abu Dhabi. The field is divided into four new artificial islands (Central, North, South and West) Each Island will host new facilities mainly comprising Drilling Area, Processing Area, Utilities Area, Non-process Facilities Area and Harbour Area.

                Install on-Island facilities for production capacity of 750,000 BOPD for Production Build-Up (PBU) Phase. Phased completion/handover: PBU-1, PBU-2A & PBU-2B.Leaving provisions for future Sustainable Production (SP) Phase. Initial Production (IP) facilities with temporary facilities on West Island (optional scope).Demolition of IP facilities upon completion of PBU-1, PBU-2A & PBU-2B on all Islands (optional scope).Four new artificial islands (Central, North, South and West) being constructed (By others).Each Island to have Drilling Area, Oil Producing/Injection Wells, Processing Area, Utilities Area, Accommodation & Non-process Facilities and Harbor Area.

Role                       :               Preparing various levels of schedules and reports as envisaged for a project. Maintaining reliability of process for preparing deliverables. Assimilate scope of work and preparing WBS and other associated schedule preparation activities for an assigned project. Preparation & updating of project planning package for a project via schedules (Using In-house Project Control software), progress measurement system, and project reporting system are important functions of Project Management and invoicing system etc.

Interact with engineering & procurement disciplines in preparing / updating of technical document register & procurement tracking register as required.

Developed various phases Progress measurement system Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Completion included L4/L5 activities and work items.

Working with Different management such as initial proposal, engineering phase with 40K deliverables, Around 200 Module fabrication with various yards & countries and four artificial Island Construction activities and 2000 System/Subsystem Completion tracking successfully.

Multiple Sub-contractors Co-ordinations, schedule review, Reporting procedure and PMS by weekly, monthly and Commodity by daily tracking.

Compare and resource analysis for Sub-contractors Manpower & Equipment by week basis and produce bed space requirement report to Management.

Made Productivity report at Engineering phase to identify discipline performances and construction phase for sub-contractors performance by discipline by Island.

Currently Working Construction phase at ZADCO Offshore South Island. Monitoring Sub-con L4/L5 Schedule, Micro schedule for Module Installation, Sea water, PEB Buildings,MSS,LCR,Wellheads Hookup ,Stick built Equipment, EIT Works and MC Completion.
