Project Title           :               Ruwais NGL Train 4 Project

Project value        :               2.5 BUSD

Scope of work     :               EPC project with joint venture GS E&C for includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Utilities, Infrastructure, Process & Telecommunication system and migration with existing facilities.

                                                C2 to C5 compounds fractionation, treating and storage includes substation & control room, sour water stipper, sulphur recovery, refrigerant, cooling gas & BOG compressors, LP/ HP Flare, steam, air & sea water cooling system. The project consisted of 150,000m3 of concrete, 30,000 tons of steel, 800 items of equipment, and 1.5 Million Dia inches of piping, 2,500 test packs, 8 main buildings and 3,000 Km of cable.

Role                       :               Provide planning services for an assigned project. Preparing various levels of schedules and reports as envisaged for a project. Maintaining reliability of process for preparing deliverables. Assimilate scope of work and preparing WBS and other associated schedule preparation activities for an assigned project. Preparation & updating of project planning package for a project via schedules (Using In-house Project Control software), progress measurement system, and project reporting system are important functions of Project Management and invoicing system etc.

Interact with engineering & procurement disciplines in preparing / updating of technical document register & procurement tracking register as required.

Monitor the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and prepare periodic progress reports like weekly/monthly. Preparation and updating the commodity release plan/curve. In timely issue of quality project planning deliverables. Tracking TDR & PTR and reports with proper feedback from Project/Construction. Review subcontractor's proposal on project execution and schedule. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by supervisor.
