Scope of work     :               EPC Project for Overall Fuel System Package includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre-commissioning Activities.

Role                       :               As a Planning Engineer, involved in assisting Project Control manager; Preparation, submission and getting approval from client for 90 days (Three Months Look Ahead) and project schedule in P3; Preparation of Weekly Progress Report, Bi-Weekly Report (Engineering), Material Tracking System (Procurement), 4 Week Rolling Schedule (Construction) and Monthly Progress Report; Calculation of work scope, work done and balance work to be done and closely monitoring the same; progress monitoring through P3 Schedule; Conducting weekly review meetings with updated minutes of meeting discussion minutes; Preparing internal reports to Regional Head and Expense Report; Updating & modification of Schedules as per requirement; Co-ordination with Procurement department and expediting for Timely arrival of required priority materials; Preparation of Monthly invoice/bill for final submission to client/consultant.
