May, 2015 - Develop the Baseline schedule in line with contract specifications, drawings and BOQ items with cost.
- Detailed micro scheduling and estimating of quantities, resources and duration of activities
- Tracking & controlling the baseline schedule indicating project schedule performance (EV/PV)
- Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly progress reports for consultant and management
- Develop the Project S-curve budget, resources plan/histogram, expenditure & forecast bill
- Prepare and submit the monthly bill or invoice for payment.
- Update & analyze the baseline to determine and highlight Areas of Concerns for consultant approval
- Prepare delay analysis using impacted as planned, time impact analysis, window analysis, as-planned vs. as-built and collapsed as-built for extension of time & compensation
- Evaluate and report the time impact of additional work, change orders and variation on baseline for extension of time
- Review, monitor and control subcontractor task on the baseline to achieve project completion date.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status for management review and action
- Prepare lesson learnt report during project close out documentation.
