Planning Manager, June 2009 – March 2011

• Single handedly heading the Planning department of the organization with a team of planners.
• Development & Client approval of project master construction schedule for various projects/packages in coordination with the project team.
• Preparation of Project Monitoring / Project Control systems, Progress performance curves, Manpower Histograms and Cash flow forecasts.
• Resource/Cost Loading, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Updating, Controlling and reporting periodically.
• Schedule Control, What – If modelling, Claim Analysis, Contract Administration, Communication Control etc.
• Preparation of Pictorial charts and other graphical representation of Project.
• Preparation of Planning procedures, Flowcharts, Templates etc.
• Participation in the key decision-making, project strategy movements.
• Managing the progress meetings with Clients/Consultants and reviewing the progress on weekly basis.
• Issuing of Notices/Correspondence to protect Company’s rights against Contract.
• Preparation & Submission of Entitlement Programme, Extension of Time Claim, Cause & Effect Schedules, Delay Claims and Prolongation Costs/Disruption Costs/Acceleration Costs.
• Assist in maintaining, improving and continually updating planning systems, procedures, processes and standards.
• Training/ Mentoring of Junior Planning staff.
