Production of Baseline Programme / Master Schedule as per Contract Requirements Develop and define project goals and objectives

 

Preparation and presentation of regular internal and external project reports for Management and Client Evaluation and analysis with project team of risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans for mitigation

 

Monitor and evaluate of project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools

 

Identification through planning procedures with all relevant parties, to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work and responsibilities

 

Preparation of S-Curves / Resource Histograms Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports

 

          Gathering of actual data, updating the project schedule and development of reliable schedule forecast with support             from project team on a weekly basis

 

Execution of on-site inspections

 

Tendering / Preparation of Tender Schedules Participation in Progress meetings

 

Preparation of Schedules for Variation Orders / Claims
