- Assisting PMO in Forensic Delay Analysis
- Implementation of EVM to monitor Project cost progress.
- Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide warnings hindering project results.
- Maintain and validate project schedule information through regular collaboration with project staff. Responsible for overall project coordination and progress evaluation.
- Using critical path analysis and identifying delays, preparing revised programs and recovery plans as per project requirements.
- Preparing the detailed program of works for all the Sub-cons working on the project.
- Evaluating the work progress of sub-contractors with timely intimation about the delays.
