Project Description:

UZ750 Zadco Project : The Upper Zakum offshore field is located in the Arabian Gulf, 84 km from Abu Dhabi. The field is divided into four new artificial islands (Central, North, South and West) Each Island will host new facilities mainly comprising Drilling Area, Processing Area, Utilities Area, Non-process Facilities Area and Harbour Area.

Gassco NGL4 Project :Ruwais 4th NGL Train is to process 27,000 TPD NGL/LPG and to produce 4750 TPD Ethane, 7850 TPD Propane, 9360 TPD Butane and 5540 TPD Paraffinic Naphtha. This project was awarded in July 2009 to a Joint Venture of Petrofac and GS Engineering & Construction. The project consisted of 150,000m3 of Concrete, 30,000 tons of steel, 656 items of equipment 1.5Milion  Dia inches of piping, 2,500 test packs,– 8 main buildings and 3,000Km of cable.

Responsibility : 

Preparing EPC Weekly and Monthly Progress report.

Updating and Monitoring EPC Master Schedule in Primavera.

Resource loading and levelling in the schedule.

Preparing Shutdown schedule based on client requirement.

Project Delay analysis for activity’s and making recovery plans.

Calculate Project Progress and Prepare S-Curves & Reports.

Monitoring and tracking project related issues.

Preparing EPC Monthly Invoice.

Preparing Project Monthly Presentation.

Generate and maintain Productivity Curves.

Generate discipline wise Weekly/monthly progress.

Preparation of 4 weeks and 3 months look ahead schedule based on work front availability.

Monitoring progress throughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work   and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages

    Monitor / Control Man-hour and generate various Man-hour reports

Expediting with vendors for timely arrival of materials at site as per their submitted schedule
