• Preparation of official EPCI planning package for offshore platforms projects for ONGC. • Schedule Analysis/Updation/Monitoring. • Variance Analysis , Delay Analysis • Carefully laying out onshore and offshore schedule for entire project. • Preparation of DCI/MCI for Engineering. • Schedules using Primavera to plan and monitor all the offshore activities for projects. • Fabrication planning for offshore Jackets/Decks/Piles/Conductors. • Preparation of Daily / Weekly /monthly progress report. • Preparation of internal and external presentations. • Coordination with overseas fabrication yard for progress tracking and control. • Overall coordination with installation contractor for project overall schedule requirement. • Sort out vendor supplies in line with fabrication requirement. • Planning and Coordination of project Marine spread including hire, survey and dehire formalities. • Day to day in house follow up with all concerned departments for the various interlinked activities required extensively during project execution and for timely delivery and completion of projects and services.
