Roles and Responsibilities:

 In the area of Planning Engineer, Project from 2014 to Till Now on Egina Subsea Project in the Port Haracourt fabrication yard fabricating Manifold , X-Mass Tree and Buoy.

• Preparing Project control Document.
• Analyzing the Project Contract document (work order) in detail to find out the overall Project Scope of Work, Duration, Payment Terms and Conditions and Billing Breakup.
• Preparing WBS break down for the Project and getting approval from Client.
• Developing Level 5 Schedule for Egina Project in Primavera 6 V.7
• Coordinating with QS in preparing the construction measurement sheet.
• Preparing the Management Chart for the Project
• Calculating the Manpower requirement of the Egina Project
• Attending the Project management Meeting with the clients
