Roles and Responsibilities:
In the area of Planning Engineer, Project from 2014 to Till Now on Egina Subsea Project in the Port Haracourt fabrication yard fabricating Manifold , X-Mass Tree and Buoy.
- Preparing Project control Document.
- Analyzing the Project Contract document (work order) in detail to find out the overall Project Scope of Work, Duration, Payment Terms and Conditions and Billing Breakup.
- Preparing WBS break down for the Project and getting approval from Client.
- Developing Level 5 Schedule for Egina Project in Primavera 6 V.7
- Coordinating with QS in preparing the construction measurement sheet.
- Preparing the Management Chart for the Project
- Calculating the Manpower requirement of the Egina Project
- Attending the Project management Meeting with the clients
