• I have been assigned in planning department as maintenance Area planner. My responsibilities includedscheduling,resource management and progress monitoringand updating of planned with actual S curve.• To take out overall equipments man hours and man hours of direct indirect manpower.• Preparation of daily and weekly plan.• Preparation of moblization and demoblization plan for men power and equipment.• During turn around activity I was assigned in different units which consist of various types of sationary equipments like heat exchangers,vessels,reactors,driers,Flares, Fins Fan Coolers, Cooling Towers, Strainers,columns,valves, furnaces and sea water piping. there maintenance repair and removal were all monitered till the end.• Coorditnation with supervisor and client for updates.• Monitor and analyze various aspects of progress of all activities being carried out at site by making frequent(daily basis) visit.• Communicates with different departments for effective execution of plan.• Report to Planning Manager about the current work progress and make comparison betweenplan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
