- Maintained the database for the daily progress in Microsoft Access, and produced the manpower histograms, and compared it against the budgeted manpower
- Prepared Weekly Scheduled Performance Index (SPI), and monitored progress periodically, and compared it with the baseline program
- Conducted regular site visits to ensure the milestones set, for the project are achieved in a timely manner.
- Updated Primavera P6, weekly and monthly, and provided the 3-months look ahead schedule
- Produced the close-out schedule for, near to complete buildings, and followed closely to its completion
- Attended and prepared minutes of meetings for the issues raised, and followed with respective departments for their corrective measures.
- Coordination with technical team and accounting department for the preparation and payments of sub-contractual works.
- Identifying the BOQ deviated items and giving the inputs to contracts department for preparing the claims.
